The quality of this product was superb, and the price was terrific. But the customer service was even better. I had to first change the size of the ring on my initial order. Then when I got it, it was still too small. So I had to return it for a refund and reorder the correct size. Shoman Jewels was gracious, prompt and helpful in accommodating me. I will order directly from them in the future.
